As you could probably tell, I haven't been uploading anything recently. I apologize for my absence, but recently it seems that whenever I try to draw something, it never turns out how I want it. I get the feeling that I've reached the limit of my natural ability, and without some sort of instruction, I'm kinda stuck where I am. Unfortunately, such instruction seems to be an impossibility, at least for the forseeable future, and at this point I don't know when I'll get back to drawing. I'm kinda burned out to be honest. I've been thinking about focusing my efforts on other things, heck, I might even start writing again. Even still, I don't know when I'll start submitting art here again, maybe in a couple of weeks, maybe in a couple of years. Even so, please bear with me.
20th
Well, I'm 20 now. No longer a teenager, but I still feel like one.
Sorry about the lack of updates, I've just been really busy lately. I promise some new things will show up soon.

Feeling A Little Better
Well, at least I'm out of that angsty depressed mood I was in. It still doesn't fix my art troubles, however.
I'm currently in the middle of a drawing, and I'm at sort of an impasse. I've got it perfect from the shoulders up, some of my best work. The problem is that if I just keep drawing the same portraits and standing figures over and over, I'll never learn anything new. So I decided that he should be sitting on the edge of a cliff, his arms behind him, supporting his body, his legs hanging over the edge as he stares off into the distance. The thing is, I can't seem to get the whole thing to work, and I can't seem to find any other simila
*Sigh*
So I decided to take a look at those progress meme things. Y'know, those composites people make showcasing their increase of skill over the years. Thought it would make me more confident in my art, showing that progress DOES happen, that I do have a chance of being a passable artist. Of course, in every composite I see, even their earliest works, probably drawn at age 12 or something, is leagues better than my art. I guess artistic ability is just something you're born with. Oh well...
In other news, whenever I try and practice, something that is supposedly meant to help, I become horribly disgusted at my lack of talent and delete the whole
